GST modules for the addressable loop: DI-9300E single input module for dry contacts such as flow and sprinkler switches, DI-9319E zone monitor that brings a conventional detector zone onto the loop, and DC-9503E loop isolator that keeps a short circuit from taking down the whole loop.
GST fire alarm loop modules
A fire alarm loop is more than detectors. Modules let the panel see other signals and keep the loop working when part of it is damaged. GST modules are loop powered and mount on a DIN rail or on a surface box:
DI-9300E single input module: monitors one normally open or normally closed dry contact, with cable supervision. For sprinkler flow switches, valve monitors, gas suppression panels and other equipment.
DI-9319E zone monitor module: connects a zone of conventional detectors to the addressable loop, useful for upgrades and special detectors.
DC-9503E loop isolator: cuts off a short-circuited section of the loop so the rest keeps working, and resets itself when the fault is cleared. Up to 128 isolators per loop.

They limit the effect of a short circuit to one section of the loop, so most detectors and devices keep working. Isolators are usually placed between floors or zones.
