The Hicare Flare Defend Fire Suit features a robust outer shell made from 200 GSM Inherent Flame Resistant fabric. This fabric blend consists of 93% Meta Aramid, 5% Para-Aramid, and 2% Antistatic, ensuring exceptional durability and heat resistance. It incorporates a cutting-edge moisture barrier—an Aramid/Kevlar non-woven laminate with a PTFE membrane. This design maximizes breathability and waterproof performance, providing reliable protection against harsh weather conditions (EN 343 certified).

For thermal protection, the suit uses a non-woven Aramid fiber thermal barrier. Laminated with Meta-Aramid/FR Viscose fabric, this layer offers comprehensive thermal defense against intense heat. Additionally, the suit features 2-inch wide fire retardant lime silver reflective tape. Strategic placement includes a single strip at the chest, double strips at the bottom of the jacket and sleeves, and double strips on the bottom of the pants, enhancing visibility and safety in low-light conditions.
