Safex flexible sprinkler drop pipes connect the sprinkler pipe to the sprinkler head, in braided and unbraided versions, 1000 mm and 1500 mm long, for quick fixing in false ceilings.
Safex flexible sprinkler drop
A flexible sprinkler drop replaces rigid pipe nipples between the branch pipe and the sprinkler head. It bends to place the head exactly where the ceiling tile needs it, so fitting is faster and the ceiling layout can change later. Safex drops come in two builds and two lengths.
Which one?
Braided: stainless steel braid over the corrugated hose for extra strength against kinks and punctures; for most commercial ceilings.
Unbraided: lighter and lower cost, for simple runs.
1000 mm or 1500 mm: pick the length that reaches from the pipe to the ceiling with a gentle bend.
