A breeching joins or splits fire hose lines. Armorfire breechings are made of gun metal with 2.5 inch (63 mm) instantaneous connections.
Dividing breeching: one male inlet, two female outlets. Splits one supply line into two hose lines, so two teams can work from one pump or hydrant.
Collecting breeching: two inlets, one outlet. Joins two supply lines into one, for more flow to a monitor or a fire brigade inlet.
