Hicare Cryogenic Suit, the ultimate solution for protection in environments involving cryogenic materials like liquid nitrogen. Designed with a multi-layered construction, this suit ensures exceptional safety and comfort.
The outer layer is crafted from woven polyamide with a waterproof coating, effectively resisting condensation and providing robust protection against cryogenic substances. Beneath this, a middle layer of special polyolefin/polyester microfibre enhances insulation. While the inner layer of polyester ensures a comfortable fit for prolonged wear.
Furthermore, the Hicare Cryogenic Suit meets rigorous performance standards, including abrasion resistance rated at Level 1 per EN 388:2016, cut resistance rated X, and tear resistance rated at Level 3. It also demonstrates excellent flexibility, passing EN 511:2006 standards. And offers reliable cold resistance with convective and contact cold ratings of Level 2. The suit’s water penetration resistance is recorded at 162-196 KPA per EN 20811:2018, ensuring durability and performance even in wet conditions.
