Zoloto dual plate check valve
A dual plate check valve (dual plate NRV) lets water flow one way only. Two spring-loaded half plates open with the flow and snap shut when it stops, which cuts water hammer. The wafer body fits between two pipe flanges, so it is far shorter and lighter than a swing check valve. Zoloto 1082 valves are rated PN16.
Where it is used
Pump delivery lines (fire pumps, transfer and booster pumps), water mains, cooling water and HVAC lines, horizontal or vertical-up flow.
